Thank you for ordering ProvaDent! Follow the steps below to keep tabs on your shipment. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor delivery progress.

Steps to Monitor Your ProvaDent Shipment

Step 1: Look for Your Confirmation Emails

Once your purchase is complete, expect to receive:

  • Purchase Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after checkout with your order number and digital receipt
  • Shipping Notification Email: Arrives when your package ships, containing your tracking code and carrier information

Check both your inbox and spam/junk folder for emails from ClickBank, our authorized fulfillment partner.

Step 2: Monitor via Fulfillment Partner

Step 3: Follow via Shipping Carrier

After receiving your tracking code, you can also monitor your package directly on the shipping carrier's website:

Common Shipping Questions

Q: I still haven't received a tracking code. What should I do?

Tracking numbers are typically generated within 1–2 business days after ordering. Start by checking your spam or junk folder. If nothing arrives within 48 hours, contact our support team or reach out to ClickBank directly.

Q: My tracking hasn't updated. Is my package still in transit?

Yes — it is completely normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created. If there is still no movement after 72 hours, contact our customer service team for assistance.

Q: Is it possible to modify my delivery address?

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the delivery address. Please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Q: The tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package.

Check around your door, with neighbors, and at your building’s front desk or mailroom. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered just before the actual drop-off. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, please contact our support team.
